Oh my stars! My heart through this whole story! Everything that both these two had to endure was so gut wrenching! My soul ached for them. What I really adored about this book is the growth of these two characters. How much Jane grew a backbone and became her own person, not backing down from her mother. To Andreas growing up in ways no young man should have but he needed to. And how he was with Jane? Oh that was so pure perfection. I loved the blend of the past books characters into this one as well as the depth of this series is really taking root. There are a lot of ups and downs with insane moments that will have your jaw drop. I couldn’t put it down once I started.
Overall, this story was utterly amazing. The title is apt because of what plays out within the story. Jane and Andreas belong together and I adore how they fight. Even with things getting a bit twisted, they come together as a united front. I am hoping we see more of these guys in the future!
