Oh my stars! Where do I begin on this beyond epic MC series! One thing is for certain, I am totally kicking myself for taking so long to read these bad boys. They are such fierce alphas with an amazing heart, especially when it comes to their women! And those women give these boys a run for their money!
With Undaunted, we get the tale of Logan and Bella. Bella has fight in her, especially with how fierce she is when it comes to her sister. She is such a momma bear and I adore everything about her. Like, can we be besties? Then enter Logan. Oh my, all bets are off with these two. Their push and pull is so freaking magnetic that you cannot root for them. There are a lot of insane ups and downs in this book and it is sheer perfection! Especially with some epic twists that are thrown at you!
In Darkest of Light, we get to see Gabriel and Alba. Oh my heart ached for her so so much! Loving a man as rough as Gabriel is not an easy task but these two have such a depth of a connection. The whole twists and turns in this one has your jaw dropping and applauding the authors for something so wow! What I adore though is the fluidity between the books! So you get to see all the past players and some new ones!
With Finding Solace, you really get that deep raw emotions between Reid and Mila. In past books, you could feel their draw to each other but neither played out on it but with their book, it explodes. I found myself so drawn into how these two connect on a deeper level while Reid heals. With every twist and turn, you fall more in love with their relationship and cannot help but need more!
Defy is the novella of this series and though it may be little, it is fierce. My heart ached through the whole story with everything Bella and Logan have endured. You get those raw emotions and such a depth to these characters as they navigate a lot of real moments. It is beautiful, stunning and so much more.
Ahhh we get to Unbreakable with Jake. I have been intrigued by that man since the first book and oh do the authors give him such justice. The relationship he has with Grace is something for the ages. The depth and absolute real feeling these two have is just stunning. Even with every twist and turn that is thrown in this book, Jake and the Kings come out fighting to protect those they love. There are a lot of interesting twists and turns that keep you on your toes with this one!
Oh Lost King. I have been intrigued by Quinn since day one. With his quick wit and laid back nature. However, his devotion to the club is unwavering. But that one that just won’t bend is the one that he wants. The doctor that helped Bella in the very first book! Their push and pull is utterly brilliant as Emerson gives that man a run for his money and makes him work for it. But when these two collide, it is pure magic. With everything that gets thrown at these two in this book, how they stand with each other is awe inspiring.
Finally we have Prospect. Sam is the guy that was there for Alba in her book while she was at school and stood with her the whole time. He is so loyal and fierce and Sofia, from Undaunted has caught his eye. What I love about these two is how much of a slowish burn they have. How much care Sam takes with her. Even with every twist and turn thrown at them from his father to other sources, you fall so in love with this couple.
Overall, this series has BLOWN MY MIND! I cannot get enough. They are rugged and passionate and so much more. I loved how the authors tied in the next series of books with this series. I lived for every word and was so lost in the world that these authors have created. It is brilliant, one of a kind and so much more! If you have not read this series, I highly recommend it!
