Jackson gives us something so raw and powerful as the culmination of the end of this series. I am so sad to see these guys go but knowing Jackson, she will sneak them in somewhere so we can get a glimpse of what is going on with them. But Rhys and Maggie, my heart shattered for these two. For everything that they both had to endure. I found that they had a kinship with everything that happened to the two of them in the past and found solace in one another. For that though, there were a lot of twists and turns that added to these two. Between the secrets they both hold, to the big brother Royce interfering and so much more, you are literally gripping your ereader as you discover everything that is happening.
The connection that Rhys and Maggie have is something that dreams are made of. That kind of love that is unconditional. That will hold each other fiercely and do whatever it takes to keep the other safe. When things collided for these two, it was jaw dropping intensity and so much more.
