Chained Hands has been my October most anticipated read since I knew about it and I was NOT disappointed. I lived for every word that Smith gave us within these pages because it was everything and more. The concept alone had sold me on this book. Wife used to pay the husband’s debt and the man would make her life hell. But things get twisted up in this story as Sailor gains her backbone and gives as good as she gets from Kier. Their connection is intense to say the least and I was living for it! There is something so dark and brooding about Kier that you cannot help but be drawn to him. I am DYING to find out how it all plays out!
