I had been intrigued by Greer since we first met her in the first book of this series, and Kelly Elliott did not disappoint in this story for her. Greer’s world is her bookstore but when Hudson enters the store, all bets are off. I love how real their whole meeting felt but what I really adored is the connection that these two formed right out the gate. There is just something magical about these two and as this story plays out, love has no timeline and love will make you protect those who mean the most to you. There is a layer of intrigue and twists that are a part of this story that just add to the depth of it on top of the romance between Greer and Hudson. They have such epic chemistry that you could not help but swoon with them. This story is very much a cozy read that you just don’t want to end. I found myself lost in Boggy Creek and wishing I could be there too. I am excited to see what more will come from this series and these small town hearts!
