This is one of those slow burn books from Keeland and I loved the concept behind it. Chance meeting turns into an epic weekend and a lasting impression. My heart ached for Donovan at times because of everything he went through and how much he puts his soul into things. Then you have Autumn who has had such a rough history as well and is completely gun shy when it comes to relationships and more. I adored the drive in her to make a difference and the way her and Donovan work together was everything. I adored how much these two connected before they went further as well as Donovan pushing Autumn out of her comfort zone.
With everything that happens throughout this story, I found I could not put it down once I started. It is swoonworthy, uplifting and emotional in so many ways. I highly recommend reading this one!
