This is one of those stories that takes you a little bit to get into because it is a slow burn but the circumstances are unique. I adored how much Paige was a fighter even though she was hiding secrets. It was raw and emotional when things were exposed for her. Then you have Slade who also has a tragic past and he struggles with commitment and emotions. While their meeting was beyond unconventional, these two found something in each other that was beautiful. There was a perfect level of unexpectedness in this one as you find out their secrets and how it plays into the story. One thing I really adore is how much Slade became that father figure for Finn though. His connection with the little guy was absolutely amazing!

One thing I know, when it comes to a Prescott Lane book, I know I am in for an emotional journey and The Right Side of Wrong hit those notes for me. My heart ached for both of them with how raw they still are from their secrets. But how they held each other up was absolutely stunning. This was a great read.

Meet Prescott Lane



Prescott Lane is the USA TODAY best-selling author of ALL MY LIFE. She's written several other romance books with strong heroines and swoon-worthy heroes. She is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and holds a degree in sociology and an MSW from Tulane University. She married her college sweetheart, and they currently live in New Orleans with their two children and two crazy dogs. Prescott started writing at the age of five, and sold her first story about a talking turtle to her father for a quarter.
