I am not even sure where to begin with this one. My mind is blown and literally spinning and I cannot stop thinking of this book. The whole concept of this story and the twists that are so deeply woven within these pages, left me begging for more and so looking forward to what is to come. Kora is such a fighter. She tries to push through. After the Gods of Olympus essentially destroyed her in one fell swoop, she is left trying to pick up the pieces and ends up with the wrong crowd so to speak. But that takes her on a rollercoaster ride that is Hades, Apollo and Ares. It is intense to say the least but there is just something about these three that make your insides all gooey! Then when you think the story will go one way, it goes another! 100% mind blow!

Overall, this is one of the most epic starts to a series that I could not put down. It has a full range of emotions that will leave you a mess, have you screaming, crying, swooning and raging all in one. It will have you dying to know what will happen, especially with that ending! The fact that this is only book one and we have three more to go has me so freaking excited that I'm legit obsessed. Massery created a masterpiece with this one and this series as a whole is going to be one for the ages. Hands down will make my top 5 reads of 2022 and we are only a little over half way through January!
