OH my stars! What an intense and emotional ride this story was. It is an epic addition to the series but Chelsea and Mayson were just WOW. I found myself so lost into this world again that Madison has created with this series. We get past players so we get a feel of what has been going on with them but they complement the main characters so well. The drive of Chelsea was just epic. She is a fighter and can hold her own against her family or anyone who comes in the way of her happiness. With Mayson, you can really feel that broken soul lingering and how he feels he is not good enough for anyone. But Chelsea shows him the beauty in life and when these two finally connect, it is explosive and passionate. Even when things go south, these two together are a powerhouse! I am so looking forward to more!
When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
