After Phantom, I was intrigued to see where Rivers was going to take us in this series. With Rouge, you get lost into the dark twistiness of the world that is created. I love how Rivers entwines ideals from multiple tragedies and makes them her own. This story between Lacey and Kian takes you on a wild ride. There is so much complexity within their world and secrets are exposed that go deeper than they first realized. I love that this story is a standalone yet part of the world of The Garde. I highly recommend reading Phantom as well to get fully immersed into this world that Rivers is giving us. Bring on the twisty goodness!

This story, I found, hits close to home because of how much of this is an everyday reality. Austen survives a horrible trauma but still is plagued by the after effects. While she puts on a happy face, that is far from the truth. Then you have Noah. The ever fierce protector and all round amazing guy for Austen. This is a stunning story of loss, pain and tragedy but also one of growth, love and so much more. The one thing I adore about Celeste’s stories is that they all have these layers of complexity that delve deeper into those raw emotions. Wanted You More is just that. My heart ached while reading this story so much. Beyond a stunning read.

This story really intrigued me with the blurb. Especially with social media being a massive role in everyone's day to day life. I like that this is the lighter side of Riley. It is quirky, fast paced and insta love in a way. Then the men will have you swoon. Between Ezra, Drake, Liam and Santiago, you have your pick or just take them all. Aurora is spunky but sweet and kind. She gives as good as gets. This story is really a whirlwind that will have you devouring it in one sitting. You have a small level of twists that add to the depth of the story and keeps you fully engaged!

I was excited to get this book. I adore Huntington’s words and it has been a while since I have read Shen’s. So a collab was intriguing. What we get is spicy, twisty, feisty moments that will keep you on your toes between Romeo and Dallas. What starts as an arranged marriage tumbles into so much more. Romeo hands down underestimated Dallas and I lived for that. She gives him a run for his money and so much more. There is a lot that happens within these pages and it's a story that begs to be read.

I hadn’t come here to find a husband. 

Before my birth, Daddy had already promised me to someone, which the diamond ring on my engagement finger reminded me. 

This always seemed like a problem for the future—up until I discovered the official announcement on the society pages two days ago. “I hear Romeo is dead-set on becoming the CEO of his daddy’s company.” Lord, Sav was still droning on about him. Were they planning on penning the man’s Wikipedia? “Already, he’s a billionaire.”

“Not just a billionaire. A mega billionaire.” Emilie fingered a marquise diamond on her Broderie bracelet, her poker tell. “And he’s not the type to blow it all on yachts and gold toilet seats or funding self-indulged pet projects.”

He wore his inky hair in a gentleman’s cut, trimmed into submission. Everything about him seemed carefully crafted. Intentionally designed to deliver lethal doses straight into a woman’s bloodstream. Sharp cheekbones, thick brows, lashes I’d risk jail time for, and the frostiest gray eyes I’d seen to date. In fact, his eyes were so light and frosty, I decided they had no business coupling with his otherwise tan Italian features.

 Leather. 

“Romeo Costa.” Savannah’s voice curled with longing as he breezed right past us, heading toward the table reserved for VIPs. “I would let him ruin me as thoroughly and impressively as Elon Musk destroyed Twitter.”

OHHH the spice within these pages. While it gets a bit dark and some questionable moments, I LIVED for this story. I loved Nero and how he pretty much claims Payton after an unexpected interaction. Two people from completely different ends of society collide in a twisty, touch her and die story. As this story progresses, you see the alpha just bleed through Nero’s pores as he makes sure Payton knows who she belongs to. You get twisty goodness wrapped up in the spice and takes you on a wild ride from start to finish. I giggled at moments. Especially with how endearing Nero really can be when he was never shown that in his life. Sometimes it is a bit like a bull in a china shop takeover but whatever works! Great read and I am dying to see who brings King to his knees now!

This is the first book by Pavlov that I have read and I 100% know it will not be the last. The swoon, the angst, the storyline. You just get wrapped up in the warm coziness that is Into the Tide and never want to leave. I laughed a lot during this book too which is what I needed so much. I love that Lila brought Hugh to his knees and the banter between these two. Being a best friend’s sister romance, just  everything I needed and more in this small town romance. Great side characters, all the feels and so much more! Great start to this series!
