Gah this book hit me hard with every bit of emotion between Emerson and Roman. The forbidden fruit that Roman has dreamed of for years. This is a classic brother’s best friend story and the way Ryan writes it had me smiling from start to finish. I did get aggravated a little with the constant back and forth about the age thing etc. It got to be a little much. But at the age that Emerson is, I can see it 100% being like that with all the angst. Roman is beyond considerate between them and wants what is best for everyone even at his own heartbreak. But that ending had all the smiles coming from me. Now bring on the next book in this world! I cannot wait!
